Professional injury collector Owen Hargreaves has produced a series of YouTube videos that show him going through various training exercises and not collapsing in a pile of torn ligaments and disappointment in order to prove to potential employers that he is capable of such things. And, since these videos were made available to the general public, it didn't take long at all for someone to recut them in order to mock him.
Worthy of an '80s movie workout montage, this song from Fitba Thatba compiles some of the silliest looking moments of Hargreaves' videos and sets them to a driving rock song that includes the lyrics, "Owen Hargreaves he works real hard, cause he doesn't want his legs to fall off."
Sorry, Owen, but that's why what happens when you put out clips of yourself bouncing a giant ball against a mirror while wearing spandex. That's just what happens.
